How to measure your foot correctly?

  • Place a blank A4-sized paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
  • Step onto the paper with all your weight on the leg.
  • Use a pen/pencil to mark the heel and the farthest point from the heel (beware, it may not always be the big toe)
  • Measure the distance between these two points on feet with a ruler (the difference can be ± 0.5 cm)
  • The number obtained is the length of the foot
  • Add an extra 0.5 cm (ideal leeway) to the length of the foot, and you will get the ideal size of your shoe.
  • Find your shoe size per the above measurements by referring to the size chart for each product on our website.
  • The size chart indicates the inner length and width of our barefoot shoes in centimetres.

Barefoot topanky nosim viac ako rok, ale stale som si na ne nezvykla. Su na mna prilis tvrde a nepouzitelne na chodzu po asfalte a dlazbach. Cakala ma mestska turistika, tak som si kupila tieto recovery. S kupou som velmi spokojna, odpruzenie je citelne. Stale to nie je taky "oblacik" ako mainstreamove znacky, ale to by som ani nechcela. Prezila som celovikendove chodenie po meste. Podrazka je prilnava a nesmyka sa, vyskusala som ju na chodzi po kamenoch. To odpruzenie ako keby zlepsuje prilnavost topanky. A tiez aj dobre vyzeraju. Dufam, ze pribudnu modely aj na ine rocne obdobia.

Moje pierwsze barefoot, dlatego specjalnie wybrałam z serii recovery- jako "przejsciowe". Podeszwa mimo że teoretycznie posiada amortyzację sama w sobie jest twarda, przy dłuższym chodzeniu jest to odczuwalne. Myślałam, ze będę odczuwać wiekszy komfort przy uzytkowaniu

Die Sohlen sind sehr starr und unbeweglich, der Schuh ist zu flach gearbeitet für meinen hohen Spann. Schuh ist nicht passend für mich und ging zurück.

Guten Tag, danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Nach einigen Stunden Tragen werden das Material und die Sohle deutlich weicher und passen sich noch besser an die Füße an. Dies geschieht in der Regel nach einigen Tagen bis wenigen Wochen – je nach Intensität der Nutzung der Schuhe. Die Gesamtdicke der Sohle bleibt jedoch nahezu unverändert. Das bedeutet, dass sie zwar flexibler wird und sich geschmeidiger anfühlt, aber nicht wesentlich dünner wird. Mit freundlichen Grüßen das Team von Be Lenka
