How to purchase a Be Lenka gift voucher?
- Choose the value of the gift voucher you wish to buy.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to gift it to.
- Enter the person's First & Last name
- Add the gift voucher to the shopping cart
- Continue to the checkout section and complete the order.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
We will send a PDF version of the gift certificate to the recipient's email address showing the following details:
- Value of the voucher
- Unique gift voucher discount code
- First & Last name of the recipient
- Validity of the discount code (1 year)
Note: If you do not wish to provide the recipient's email address, you can get it sent to you and forward the PDF gift certificate.
How to redeem a Be Lenka gift voucher?
- Apply the gift voucher code, at the checkout stage of the order, on our website.
- The order value will be reduced by voucher code value.
- Proceed to pay for the difference and place the order.
- If the gift voucher value completely covers the order value, you can place the order without paying.
Please note: The gift voucher can be purchased directly from the e-shop with an optional amount starting from EUR 25 or USD 25 and is valid for 12 months. After purchase, the customer will receive an email with a unique code and a printable PDF version of the voucher. The gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be renewed after expiry. The gift voucher can only be redeemed in the e-shop! Thank you for your understanding. Coupons are not combinable with other vouchers. It is not possible to redeem 2 or more gift vouchers in one order.
