When selecting a size, please keep in mind that insulation slightly reduces the space inside the shoe.

How to measure your foot correctly?

  • Place a blank A4-sized paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
  • Step onto the paper with all your weight on the leg.
  • Use a pen/pencil to mark the heel and the farthest point from the heel (beware, it may not always be the big toe)
  • Measure the distance between these two points on feet with a ruler (the difference can be ± 0.5 cm)
  • The number obtained is the length of the foot
  • Add an extra 0.5 cm (ideal leeway) to the length of the foot, and you will get the ideal size of your shoe.
  • Find your shoe size per the above measurements by referring to the size chart for each product on our website.
  • The size chart indicates the inner length and width of our barefoot shoes in centimetres.

Important note

  • Our size charts may not correlate with other brands. Hence we recommend following the above steps to determine your correct Be Lenka barefoot shoe size.
  • Due to the thickness of insulation in the mentioned model and the warm socks that are usually worn in the winter season, we recommend choosing a larger excess than you normally wear, or if you fall between 2 sizes, choose the larger one.

At the beginning I would like to say that I am not this kind of person who write the opinions in the Internet 😋but this time I couldn't stop myslef.

I am in love with these boots ❤️❤️❤️❤️ First time wearing them was weird ;) as I felt everything under my feet while I was outside, which was really weird. But then I felt my back and hips release and take their natural position ❤️ my feet are grateful for these shoes for sure! I wear them all the time, especially for walks with my dogs. They are very endure, I walk in a muddy environment, so when I am back they are grey or brown, but then they are yellow again 😁 their quality is very high. I've been using for them around 6 months and nothing bad heppened. In my opinion they are for the temperature min 10 Celcius degree, but I love warm, maybe that's why. But I wear the woolen socks and it's ok :) I will come to Be Lenka to try some other models for sure! Thank you BeLenka on behalf of my back and feet 😍
