How to correctly measure your foot?

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

Shoes look good and feel good on the foot. The size recommendation didn't align with my measures, which I suspected already when ordering. I ordered a 40 instead of recommended 41, and the shoes are still on the bigger side. I also find the outer sole a bit slippery on wet or smooth surfaces, compared to other comparable shoes.

I went into CHATgbt and belenka was rated top for the hikers I need. They were right. Hiked 10m in them yesterday. GREAT wide toe box and very comfortable barefoot hiking trainer - allows gently of softness to feel toes exercising!
